Returns/Exchange Policy
Return Policy
As our items are customed and made once an order is placed, we can not offer returns or exchanges on orders as all sales are final. All our listings of clothing are listed true to size with the measurements provided. If you need any more information regarding the products before purchasing, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.
Damaged items refund policy
All our items are quality checked before dispatching however, in the unfortunate event you have received a damaged item/items after delivery, please contact us within 7 days of order received. We will request a photo of the damaged item via email and arrange for the return of the item/items. The item/items needs to be sent back to us with the tags attached and in it's/their original packaging. Once we have received the returned item/items we will issue a refund within the next 7 days. The refund will be sent back to the bank account the order was originally placed with.
